What was reported
During coverage of Trump's federal arraignment, a Fox News on-screen caption described Biden as a wannabe dictator who had his political rival arrested.
What actually happened
The caption ran under a split screen of Trump and Biden and presented an opinion as a news label. It also framed a special counsel's grand jury indictment as Biden personally having Trump arrested. Fox said the next day the caption had been taken down right away and the matter was addressed, but it gave no further explanation.
The proof
Fox's own statement that the chyron was removed and addressed.
