What was reported

OAN broadcast claims that Fulton County election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss pulled 'suitcases' of illegal ballots from under a table and ran them through machines for Biden.

What actually happened

Georgia's Republican secretary of state and investigators had found the containers were ordinary ballot carriers and the votes were counted properly. Freeman and Moss sued OAN in December 2021. OAN settled in May 2022 for undisclosed terms and then aired a short segment saying Georgia officials found no widespread fraud by the workers and that the two committed no wrongdoing.

The proof

Georgia election officials' findings, the court dismissal after settlement, and OAN's own on-air acknowledgment.
